Distinction worked with Hologic, Inc. to support the launch of the “Ultimate Defense” campaign alongside WNBA athlete Erica Wheeler. Hologic tasked Distinction with amplifying awareness around cervical cancer prevention by leveraging Wheeler’s platform and story to create impactful, educational content.

As the face of the campaign, Wheeler led a series of public service announcements and social media activations, encouraging women across the United States to prioritize routine Pap and HPV screenings and engage in conversations with their healthcare providers. Rooted in her personal story of losing her mother to cervical cancer, Wheeler brought a deeply authentic and emotional connection to the campaign, using her voice to honor her mom’s legacy and inspire others to take preventive action.

The campaign helped spark real conversations and was amplified by coverage in leading national outlets including Good Morning America, Forbes, and Yahoo Finance, further extending its reach and impact.
